Amir Palmery – General Manager
Amir Palmery was born and educated in Beer Sheva, Israel. He has acquired a bachelor's degree in law (L.L.B) from Sussex University in England and a Masters in Business administration (MBA) from Boston University. He is a member of the Israel Bar since 2001 and a member of the AIPPI.
Amir joined Luzzatto & Luzzatto Patent Attorneys in 2003 and handled various aspects of intellectual property law. In 2005 he joined Elandel services Ltd. in the position of general manager.

Boaz Croitoro – Searching Services
Boaz Croitoro received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University (BGU), Beer-Sheva, Israel, in 1999, specializing in Communication Engineering and Image processing. Boaz has wide work experience in the field of electronics and computers.
Boaz joined Luzzatto & Luzzatto, Patent Attorneys, in year 2000 and received his patent attorney license in 2003. Boaz's main interests as a patent attorney lay in the fields of electronics, computers, software, Internet, and in other interdisciplinary fields.
In 2005, Boaz joined Elandel-Services Ltd. as the head of researching Services department.
Boaz is a member of the AIPPI.

Raphael Barki – Technology Transfer
Raphael Barki is a creative marketing professional (applied for one marketing patent) with a successful record in business management and sales. With both technical and business education, Raphael has almost 20 years of experience in sales and marketing of technological products. Raphael leverages his experience with customers, channels and OEM partners to uplift technology transfer.
Raphael was raised and educated in Italy, and holds a degree in computer science (MSc) from the University of Milan (cum laude) and an MBA from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion). Prior to joining Elandel Services, he was Director of Product Marketing at a vendor of best-of-breed Web content security solutions and Senior Manager of Marketing Research Department at the biggest data communications equipment manufacturer in Israel. Previously he covered sales and marketing positions in the financial systems division of a multinational information and computer technology company in both Italy and Israel, and also had worked in the new media and strategic marketing departments of a leading financial and business editorial group in Europe.

Boris Herzberg – Annuity Payments
Boris Herzberg received his B.A. Degree in Foreign Literatures and Linguistics from the Ben Gurion University, Beer-Sheva, Israel. Immediately afterwards, in 2002, he joined Luzzatto & Luzzatto, Patent Attorneys and is now a senior member in the Annuity Payments department of Elandel Services Ltd.

Liat Dekel
Liat Dekel received her B.A. Degree in Management (cum laude) and M.A. Degree in Public Policy & Administration (cum laude) from Ben Gurion University, Beer-Sheva, Israel.
Immediately afterwards, in 2007, she joined Elandel Services Ltd. Liat is the customer relationship manager and Marketing Communications of the company.
